14 Day Return To Base Warranty

All items regardless of new or used do not carry any further warranty with CSS as they are classed as clearance stock. Any further warranty is the responsibility of the manufacturer (where available), please make sure you are happy with the terms and description before placing a bid.

Return Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost, we will not refund you these costs. Please return goods via recorded delivery only. If goods are not sent back to us by recorded delivery and/or in case the goods are lost or not received, we cannot be held responsible for any loss sustained. If you are returning a very expensive item we advise you to send the product via a courier company or a Royal Mail service with extended insurance so you are adequately covered should the item be lost or damaged in transit. We are regulated by Royal Mail's terms & conditions and they require a waiting time of 15 working days for the UK, 28 working days for the EU Please note Saturday and Sunday is not a working day. For other couriers, please contact us.

We understand the frustration that a delayed or lost item can cause but unfortunately, we cannot take any action until this time has passed.
