Description

Sebadoh - Bakesale Vinyl LP - Original First Press - w/ Insert
_________________________________________________________________________________________
_________________________________________________________________________________________

ARTIST - Sebadoh

ALBUM - Bakesale

YEAR - 1994

COVER CONDITION - EXCELLENT [EX]

- The Cover has some very normal light storage wear around the corners. There are NO split seams or tears on any side of the sleeve. It also includes the picture insert that was originally packaged with the album. The jacket has been stored inside of a poly sleeve and still has all of its original gloss and shine.

VINYL CONDITION - EXCELLENT [EX]

- The vinyl has never been stored outside of the paper sleeve or left out to be damaged. It has one very light surface scratch on Side A and only a few faint paper scuffs are seen on both sides. None of this has ever effected playback whatsoever for me. It shows no signs of warping and still has all of its original luster. This record plays back beautifully on my table and has always been a great, smooth listen.

NOTES - This auction is for an Original Pressing of Sebadoh's "Bakesale" on 12" Vinyl. As stated, it was part of the original, first run of this record and is hard to come by due to the lack of vinyl production throughout the 90s. The jacket has always been well stored inside of a poly sleeve and the vinyl never left out of its inner paper sleeve. It has the picture insert that was originally packaged with the album and is in beautiful condition.

(SHIPPING NOTES)

U.S. Buyers - All of my records ship out in 13" Vinyl Mailers and are sent via USPS with tracking. I will normally send them out through Media Mail, but will upgrade to Priority free of charge if the auction ends at a high price. All of my records are well packaged and sent without space between the record and mailer to prevent them from bouncing around and ultimately getting damaged. I always ship the vinyl OUTSIDE of the cover to prevent seam splits and tears during shipping. This of course does not apply to new, sealed records. Please contact me if you have any questions about my shipping methods and I will do the best to answer any and all of your inquiries.

International Buyers - I will ONLY ship via PRIORITY MAIL. This is unfortunately due to the fact that I have had far too many damaged and lost items shipping overseas. Priority mail is automatically insured up to about $80 USD and covers me from losing both an item and losing money. Ebay does not protect sellers from lost or damaged goods going overseas and I have had far too many items meet this fate. Please contact me with any additional questions you may have.

(RETURNS)

- As a major collector myself I aim to please every bidder and sell records in the fashion I would expect them to be sold to me. If there are any issues with an item please contact me immediately and we will work out a return and refund. I do everything I can to thoroughly describe an item and provide many high-res photos. If you have any concerns about an item please drop me a line and I will do my best to further describe and even provide more photos.

(GRADING)

- All of my albums are graded according to Goldmine Grading Standards. I have graded and sold vinyl in the past for many Independent and chain stores. Very rarely will you ever see me grading a record as "Near Mint" because it is next to impossible to find an album in that kind of shape. I see that label given out on many auctions on eBay and I find it to be an incredibly unfair assessment of a record, even a slight surface scratch means an album is not NM to me. I tend to grade on the lowside to ensure the buyers of my items are happy with their new records. I use a high watt desk lamp to grade the vinyl and do my best to describe any and all damage to outer jackets. I am lucky to have worked at Indy stores in the past as it has allowed me to have my "pick of the litter" when it comes to vinyl. I have only bought excellent examples unless the album was incredibly rare and hard to come by.

Please note that I am a private collector and seller. I work a regular 9-5 and have a family to take care of. My entire collection has been impeccably stored and meticulously cared for over the years. Unfortunately times are tough for us all and the only way I can keep my collection moving forward is by selling off a few pieces out of it.

If you have any other questions about this, or any of my other auctions please feel free to contact me. I am only one person, but will be checking my auctions as often as possible. I will do my best to provide you with any and all information. Again, I cannot stress this enough, I am not a large company or store that sells on eBay. I am one private collector and do my best to promptly answer questions, talk music, etc. I do work a regular job and have a family to take care of, they come first. I always operate within the eBay guidelines and have absolutely no intentions of ever ripping anyone off or wronging anyone in any fashion.

Thank you for viewing and keep spinning great music.
