Description

Greetings! Up for auction is the holy grail of Lee Perry's Black Ark productions. Ultra-rare, released in 1979 on the now defunct French label Sonafric, this is the original Seke Molenga & Kalo Kawongolo "From the Heart of the Congo" LP. This was released in super limited quantites and was only pressed once in 1979. Album is in mint condition with no surface noise, scuffs or nicks. Sleeve is also in near mint condition as you can see in the pics. Features The Congos on backing vocals as well since this was recorded around the time The Congos released the infamous Heart of the Congo album on Black Art.
