Description
Up for auction is an original rare deep groove mono pressing of the Serge Chaloff 'Plays The Fable Of Mable' 10" LP on Storyville Records 317. Other musicians include Charlie Mariano, Herb Pomeroy, Vardi Haritounian, Nick Capazutto, Gene DiStachio, Ray Oliveri, Dick Twardzik, and Jimmy Zitano.
Record info:
VG+ with some minor scuffs and some surface noise. It still plays and sounds great!
Cover info:
VG+ with solid seams top and spine seams. The bottom seam has a 3" middle split. The front cover has a library style #d sticker on top left corner. The back cover has a sticker with the name of the previous owner on upper left corner. Despite the bottom split a very nice cover.
Label / Pressing info:
Original deep groove mono press.
Buy with confidence. I grade conservatively. I’ve been selling vinyl since 1976. All records are cleaned with a VPI professional record cleaner and are shipped with records outside the covers to avoid seam damage.
Shipping for US customers is $4 for media mail or $10 for Priority mail. For high value items I would recommend adding insurance.
International shipping will be $18. I reserve the right to request registered or courier mail for high value items and to some countries (Italy, Brazil, Russia) due to the unreliability of their postal services.
