A Limited Edition LP record of 25 greatest hits plus 12 autographed photos suitable for framing
The front cover has a great colorful picture of Big Bird, Cookie Monster, Grover, The Count, Ernie & Bert, Oscar the Grouch and one of the kids
Inside the Gate-fold has the words to the songs on the album
The back of the album cover has the names of the songs, plus the names of the cast and a picture of one of the photos

- Cover: VGVG (Some wear along the edges and corners. Crease on front from record. Creases on front, inside gate-fold and back. Small tear back open edge)
- Record: VG+VG+ (Both sides have very faint surface noise, can still hear clearly)
- Labels: VG++VG++
- Photos: VG (3 photos have tiny tear along white edge. All the pictures have some crinkles)
