- Record: VG+VG (Side A has faint surface noise, Side B has surface noise, can still hear clearly on both sides)
- Labels: VG+VG++ (Side A has some wear around the center hole)
- Sleeve: VG+VG+ (Some wear along the edges and corners with a bit of tape on the top towards right corner. Tape also along the bottom edge)
