Description
This is an original copy of the Sex Pistols’ real debut album Spunk on Blank Records. It was called Spunk but that was considered too risqué so the cover had the name ‘No Future UK?’.
THIS COPY HAS NOT BEEN PLAYER FOR OVER 40 YEARS
It has the original versions (and titles) of songs that would soon make their reputation worldwide. For instance, Side A track 6 is ‘Nookie’ on the label. It was a short while before this would be known as Anarchy in the UK.

BOUGHT AT MALCOLM McLAREN’S SHOP
Issued in 1977, just weeks before Never Mind the Bollocks came out, it was bought at Malcolm McLaren’s Kings Road shop Seditionaries where it was for sale if you knew who to ask for it. This backs up the much-rumoured story that McLaren himself had bootlegged the Pistols and issued this pre-Bollocks to earn a bit more cash.

ORIGINAL LINE-UP
It’s the original Pistols line-up, including Glen Matlock, playing their original songs that would later be re-recorded for the Never Mind the Bollocks album.
As this is the original issue the cover is not a xerox/photocopy paper one, it’s printed on cardboard and folded into the sleeve, but not glued, with the red overprint of No Future and Not For Sale. Later issues are photocopies of these in black.
The record/sleeve has been stored in a plastic cover and kept in a cupboard for 40+ years. It has not been played for 40+ years and is in Excellent condition.
