This record needs no introduction, however let me start with the bad bad point! This record is warped, fairly badly, looks like someone has tried to amend it and failed! I really don't think anyone would get this to play, so just treat is as a filler! Annoyingly the playing surface that isn't affected by the heat damage is in tantalisingly wonderful condition! DAMN! Labels are beautiful examples, just for them alone it's worth a couple of quid! Not even a spindle mark on the A-sdie label, about 4 (difficult to distinguish between these ones!) spindle marks on the B-side near the central hole. This has the "Produced by Chris Thomas" credit on both sides, (erroneously! The B-side was actually produced by Dave Goodman)which I believe only the first 5000 had. The stamper numbers on this have a slightly interesting point with the B-side being 1 R but a previous letter that looks again like it could be an "R" has been cancelled with a strong "X" across it just above the existing "R". I include this more for interest's sake than a selling point. Just to reiterate THIS IS SOLD AS AN NON-PLAYING COLLECTION FILLER COPY, and bidded on as such! The sleeve, as you probably know is highly prized swell, and at least the sleeve isn't warped in this case! Only a little wear and tear (probably the perks of housing a warped record!), no rips, slight abrasion on the back (see scans), a 1 inch wear-through on the bottom edge, and someone has neatly written 2566 in biro, just inside of the top-opening mouth edge. (in the scan aha looks like a little bit of the paper missing next to this text, is in fact just folded back, it leaves a lightening line of a fold in the paper there, but is in fact fully in-tact!)
