This is without doubt the star of the show as far as my latest auction is concerned. Yes, this is the Ultra Rare Sex Pistols File 1976 - 1978 4 x Lp Box Set. It has been signed on the back of the picture inner by all four of the original Pistols - Johnny Rotten, Steve Jones, Paul Cook, and Glen Matlock. The signatures were obtained back in 1996 (the re-union year) by a photographer who works for a press agency, and greatly enhances what is already a highly rare and sought after Pistols item. There were just 250 of these made. The box set itself includes: Signed picture inner and 4 rare Lp's all with picture labels and housed in a Black box: Lp1 - Spunk, The A&M Takes (15 tracks). Lp2 - Indecent Exposure, Live at the 100 Club, London Sep 24, 1976 (13 tracks). Lp3 - Live in Dallas, Texas USA Jan 10, 1978 (11 tracks). Lp4 - Winterland, San Francisco Jan 14, 1978 the last Sex Pistols gig (14 tracks). The Box itself is in Mint condition, lovely and clean with no wear at all, unusual for a box set as usually lots of wear & tear. The 4 Lps are all in Mint condition, flawless and a beautiful sheen to them. The insert is in excellent shape but does have a crease (I'm being really picky here), but is signed by all four! Given the facts that only 250 of these were made, is signed by all four, and is in Absolute mint condition, then this has to be a totally unique item. A fellow ebay member who bought a few records in my last auction had the privelage of viewing this at close hand, and could'nt believe the condition and quality of this item, it really is Special with a Capitol S. This will be your only chance of obtaining this unique piece, so dont miss it, you will never see another one!! Ultra Rare signed and in this condition! Low Low start and no reserve!
