Please note that i do tend to use in and around the " Very Good / Near excellent Condition " grade for a lot of my records , although none are heavily scratched etc and most will just have some general light surface marks only . I never use a " Mint " or " Near Mint " grade . Everyone obviously has their own opinions as to what is very good and excellent , but in my case , i tend to think that most , if not all records do have marks to some degree ( lots even from new ! ) purely because they are vinyl and mark easy and have been used over a considerable amount of time in most cases . This is also why i do often go into more detail than most with my descriptions , as the term " Very Good " can be a bit vague . I do use the " Excellent Condition " grade , but in my case , i would class this as not played very much , excellent shine and just a handful of the very lightest whispy type hairlines only , most only being visible under a light , so you know that when i use excellent , i really do mean excellent and i do pride myself on this fact , i will say i can go a little OTT with noise and general condition and can often make a record sound bad when it really isn't , i do just try my best to say how it is , please don't forget though , that all records will obviously vary in sound quality etc on other set ups depending on the quality being used etc , but please do check out all of my feedback and you will see you can bid with confidence , thank you .

Please note, all records are packed in proper pro card mailers with a minimum of 3 stiffeners for LP’s and 2 for 7" singles ( more if i think they are needed ) . CD’s , Cassettes and DVD’s are sent in strong bubble wrap envelopes. These are also taped with brown parcel tape along all edges and seams for added protection.

Sex Pistols God Save The Queen 12" Scarce 1980 New Zealand Pro Cleaned Great Sound . On New Zealand Virgin Records Red S1 Green / S2 Red with white Virgin logo and black print paper labels New Zealand Only Issue VS 18112 , it has the misprinted title on S2 , the label says " Do You No Wrong " whereas it should read " Did You No Wrong " , i have copied some extra info from the Discogs site below :

Red/Green Virgin labels. Housed in Virgin Records Blue/White/Red generic card sleeve.

COVER: Factory single card cover generally in very good overall condition . A few general age related / surface / handling marks in places , mainly a light stain mark on the top right corner and a very light bit in places on the opening edge on the front , which is also visible on the rear , but this is light only , there is some discolouration visible along the top edge and right hand side edge on the rear and a small sticker in the bottom right corner on the rear , there is a bit of mostly light denting in places mainly on the light stain marks , there is a smallish tear on the cut out circle on the front . The usual but overall quite light ring wear marks are present with just a bit of a dent line from the outer edge of the record and a light rub mark mainly on the left hand side on the rear . Some normal useage / age related wear on the side opening edges , mainly a light bit of feathering and very light denting in places , both edges are still close together , there are some usual but light bits of fraying / rubbing etc on and just near to the corners and a very small dink on the top right corner , there are some bits of usual but light rubbing in places on the edges and a very very few usual but small crease crack lines in places round the edges , there is one larger but very very light one caused by the outer edge of the record near the top left corner on the front and one smaller one near to the side opening edge towards the bottom , but these two are really only more visible at certain angles to the light , the spine is plain white with just the odd usual but tiny and very light crack line , the cover is writing free , i think pretty much all can be seen in the detailed photos . I will also be putting the record into a new plain white paper sleeve .

LABELS: S1 Green / S2 red with white Virgin logo and black print paper labels generally in near excellent condition , with just two or three very small and extremely light marks mainly on S2 label near to the raised circle which is close to the spindle hole , but these are just a slight printing defect and not caused by any neglect etc and can only really be seen at certain angles to the light , both labels are still very nice and clean with just a very very few usual but very light spindle marks , both labels are writing free.

RECORD: The overall visual grade of the playing surface under normal average household light conditions is a very strong very good condition , though i think most would say better overall , with just a very few small and light non feelable non sounding surface marks , there is a very light bit of non sounding manufacturers " greying / dulling " in places , only mainly visible at certain angles to the light and just some usual but very very light and fine mainly whispy type hairlines and sleeve removals , there are no nasty gouges / nasty scratches whatsoever , i will also say that a lot of these finer hairlines and actually some of the very few light non feelable surface scuff marks are really only more visible when held at certain angles to or under a light . Please note that there maybe the odd tiny dust particle or tiny bit of fluff etc seen on the record in places in the photos off my wiping cloth due to static etc , i can't see them on the record at the time but they sometimes do show up when I take the close up photos , this is also because i do take the photos before i vacuum clean the record , thank you for your understanding . AUDIO A SIDE: Silent run in has some usual but generally light noise . It plays superbly , beautifully crisp and clear throughout on the music playback with really next to nothing in the way of obvious noise that was worthy of mention and i only say next to as i think there were just a couple of very light isolated pops / ticks , but these were really very light indeed , there was no nasty crackle and bar the couple of mentioned very light isolated pops , there were no nasty loud ticks . Silent run off has some usual but generally very light noise . This side on the music really does play and sound fantastic and the audio tones are still awesome .

AUDIO B SIDE: Silent run in has some usual but generally light noise . It also plays superbly , beautifully crisp and clear throughout on the music playback with really nothing in the way of obvious noise that was worthy of mention , there really is nothing to report here , there was no nasty crackle and no nasty ticks , there may just have been the odd extremely faint isolated pop that i may have missed , but i don't think so . Silent run off has some usual but generally quite light noise . This side on the music really does play and sound fantastic and the audio tones are still awesome .

There were no jumps etc when tested on my deck and it still retains a very nice shine . Any noises tend to be in short bursts only , are over quickly , are not constant and do not spoil any enjoyment . If any noises are more frequent or louder etc , they will be described separately in the above detailed descriptions thank you .

All in all a nice example of this now very collectable item together with super sound , do turn this one up and enjoy ! . Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times , but displays no major deterioration in sound quality , despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch , some forms of noise will more than likely be heard in places especially on the quieter parts and the odd tick or pop may also be heard in places especially on the quieter parts , but none of this will overpower any of the music in any way , light edge warps etc and some light " dishing " are acceptable but will not affect the play or sound quality at all , any warps that are more prominent will be described in more detail . Very Good / Near Excellent: The record has obviously been played but shows no overly excessive play wear . There will be some light only surface marks though most will be just fine hairlines , there will be no major deterioration in sound quality at all though some amount of light noise / occasional light pop may be present in places especially on some of the quieter parts , but none of this will be loud or constant or overpower any of the music , the record will play through perfectly , light edge warps etc and some light " dishing " are acceptable but will not affect the play or sound quality at all , any warps that are more prominent will be described in more detail .
