OK, bit of an odd one this! I came across it at a record fair in Leeds some years ago. The guy said it was GSTQ but had no way of proving it as there was no turntable present! I bought it on trust and sure enough, it is!! Complete with No Feelings as the flip. So I'm guessing it's something to do with an A&M 'reissue' of some kind. The label on the B side is slightly off centre but this doesn't affect playback, as both sides have been played through twice. There is something etched into the run out groove but I can't make out what it is, partly because of the white vinyl and partly because of my failing eyesight! Either way, I haven't come across any others in my travels so I can't really give you any more details than that. It's in a plain black sleeve, and in great condition. :)
