Selling-up my extensive record collection. This is the first issue of a recording of the Pistols Live at the 76 Club, Burton (Upon Trent), 24th September 1976. Released in 1978, made in UK.

Pictures are my own photos of the items for sale. Photos are part of the description, have a good look.

Cover - is a "foldover", a 12 x 24 card sheet, not glued at the edges. Condition is excellent, front slightly moulded to the shape of the record, tiny bumps to some corners. Minimal signs of handling - I think this has always been in a poly sleeve. The "piercing" insert is present.These are on thin cheap paper - this is intact but shows creasing and old folds.

Record - One of the white labels has bits of black showing through, so one can identify which side is which. White side (which is actually side 1 according to tracklist on the insert) has a dent in the vinyl at the start - not damage, pressed that way. I also see two trivial short light scratches. On the other side, I don't see any scratches. Surface is not uniformly black, possibly paper scuffs, probably just not uniform-coloured vinyl. I have play-tested relevant parts - played most of second side, it played with no problems at all. It also plays first part of the first side with no problems (on my posh deck).

Recent e-bay sales of this album went for £47.99 and £200.

I have been collecting records for 50 years (when finances allowed!), and now it's time to sell-up. I bought them mostly around local shops (second-hand), but sometimes from e-bay, and sometimes new, for my favourite bands.

When I'm checking for damage on records, I look at them carefully with my reading glasses on, in good daylight. This method detects any bits of damage that will affect what you hear when listening to it - and lots that are not audible. Using a spotlight or direct sunlight shows more surfacey marks sometimes, but I don't do that - records are for listening to, not trying to see your face in.

I don't mail things personally, to countries outside the UK - ( I mean it, don't ask) - but I am happy to use E-Bay UK's Global Shipping Program, for sending things abroad.

Under this scheme, I send the parcel to an e-bay depot in UK, and they forward it to the overseas buyer.

They have a tracked courier service, for the journey from their UK depot, to the buyer.

This means that I can ONLY accept payments through e-bay (Pay Now button), and I can't send invoices. Combined postage may or may not be possible through the Program - if e-bay shows combined postage for their courier job, I'll do combined postage for the transit inside UK. I can't see information about this until you pay.

International buyers should be able to see a postage cost to their country, you may have to input your location, if your country is included in the scheme.
