Description
I bought this from a Punk in Los Angeles. He told me that it had been signed by Steve Jones, who he knew and Malcolm McLaren and Chris Spedding who were in LA at the time. I have no providence of it as being genuine signatures and apart from Steve Jones's signature which looks like it could be genuine I have never seen Malcolm McLaren sign as "Malx".
What is genuine is that this is a 3rd American Pressing from The Capital Records pressing plant at Winchester. These were pressed in 1979.
Runout matrices are: BSK-1 - 3147 WW1 and BSK-2 - 3147 WW1
Vinyl is in very good shape with some surface marks which do not affect playability. There is a tiny click on Holidays in the Sun about halfway through. The vinyl is clean and shiny.
The cover has marks and the spine is worn in the centre. It has some clear tape on the edges, but I do not know why. They are not holding it together, so I don't know why they are there.
The inner sleeve is not the blue and white picture sleeve but a capitol records sleeve with The Sex Pistols written on it.
I have had this in a temporary frame on my wall for many years, time to move it on.
