11 Track Pressing + Insert & OBI
Has the Obi with the black splash over the flag, instead of the more common blue.  
OBI has "100 Years of Recorded Sound 1877-1977" on it (later issues don't have the dates), next to Sid.  Back of OBI states "Enquete postcard included".
Postcards weren't actually included.
