Lovely example of the US version of NMTB Promo version with all the original stickers (2 on the front and the Submission on the back)
Album has never been played check out the pics of the labels, no spindle marks.  The sleeve is near perfect with only a hint of ringwear.  The spine and the opening are perfect.
