Description
Never Mind the Bollocks Original SPOTS001 1977 release including original large poster 107mm x 65.5mm ( 39.575" x 25.75"), & original one sided 7" Submission complete with original inner sleeve.
This is the SPOTS 001 release without the shrink wrap & sticker.
Condition: The LP sleeve is in excellent condition with the usual spine & corner wear, but very minimal. Small wear on the top right, possibly where a sticker or price label was. The original R.S 9-77 inner sleeve is excellent, no tears just slight age yellowing at the sides
The 12" vinyl is excellent, no marks and plays perfect. Matrix runout side one: A3 & side 2: B1. The only pressing to feature these matrix numbers.
The 7" submission single looks mint & unplayed. Matrix run out VDJ24 A1
The poster is the original large poster, and has been folded and stored since purchased, no pin holes or Sellotape marks. There is a small tear where it has been folded, 1cm long approx. as can be seen from the photo. Some small age spots on one folded piece on the reverse of the poster.
This is an all round excellent example of the SPOTS001 release. A good investment and a nice piece of punk rock history. It's value will only increase with the upcoming NMTB 50th anniversary not too far away.
I've had to put a reserve on it, but it's reasonable compared to what a good example like this regularly sell for. International 1st class tracked postage.
