With A Fold Out Japanese Linernotes/Lyrics Sheet.

This Copy Is Promo White Label Copy, So Japanese Words "Sample" are Printed on All Labels, A Small Red Sample Sticker is on The Sleeve.

Side 2 of The Disc is VG Plus (It Has A Scratch on Track 1 and 2), Other Sides of The Disc are EX, Sleeve is EX Minus-VG Plus (No Tear, No Split,But It Has A Small Damage on Bottom Corner of Right Side), OBI Strip is VG, Torn Once on Top, Now It's Taped on It and Looks Aged Condition Overall.

The Grading Scale is MINT>0Near MINT>EX>EX Minus>VG Plus>VG>Poor
