Description
Here for auction is a very rare UK Issue by the Sex Pistols of a 6x7" singles and is an immaculate condition set, very rarely found as clean as this one. The labels are MINT......Not even any trace of spindle wear on ALL 12 SIDES!!!....Each label has a completely new look and is without ANY marks of ANY kind, really something special to see.
The vinyl on SEX1-1 and on side one I grade as near mint, there is a tiny sleeve type hairline, very short and not at all impacts on the audio, side two is near mint with only very very slight sleeve removal type lines, nothing really and the audio is certainly Mint- with the sound being strong & clear. SEX1-2 the vinyl on both sides is visually Mint and the playback is 100% Mint- on very close inspection you see the usual sleeve removal type marks, tiny & totally insignificant. SEX1-3 the vinyl to both sides is visually Mint and even under sunlight there are hardly any sleeve type marks, very clean and the playback is clear and strong, like a new copy. SEX1-4 the vinyl in side one I grade as near mint, there are no scratches, only the usual sleeve type marks, tiny & insignificant, side two has a very small and only very lightly pressed hairline, again this does not affect the playback and certainly both sides play grade is Mint- SEX1-5. the vinyl on side one is near mint with only a one inch lightly pressed line and could detect no deterioration in the sound at all from this and grade the audio on side one as Mint- side two is visually mint and the playback is certainly Mint- SEX1-6 the vinyl on both sides is visually mint,no scratches at all, only the usual tiny sleeve type marks and visually grade as near mint and the audio is certainly Mint- on both sides, plays brilliantly clear.
Each of the original picture sleeves are in near mint condition and one or two are completely MINT the only caution I would use is that I would grade the "God Save The Queen" sleeve as EX+ the reason for this is that there are a few impressed dots on the front, hardly noticeable but are there all the same and I do my best to give a full description, always aiming to avoid dissappointment and when the winning bidder sees the quality of this set they will be delighted, the only slight drawback to the whole set are a few seam splits to the plastic wallet, minor really. All sales are through PayPal so please bid with complete confidence and many thanks for taking a look,I will be listing a lot more equally rare and superb condition vinyl records,so please keep a look out and good luck with your bids for this stunning condition and rare 6 record set.
