Record is EX. A few light scuffs, plays well.
Cover is VG. 1cm long tear on center of right edge of the front and on the left edge of the backside respectfully. Probably a result of removing a sealing sticker some store used to place on records to avoid theft. Some wear on top left corner and previous owners name written once on the front and twice on the back with a ball-point pen. Very light ringwear on fron that is barely noticeable, a bit more on the backside. Front picture looks good.
