Description
Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band by the Beatles.
PCS 7027

Rare 1969 stereo copy. These one box labels were only in circulation for the second half of 1969 before being replaced by the much more widely pressed two box counterparts throughout the following decade & beyond.
Firstly, the record:
Apart from a surface mark on side A, really quite stunning. Does not look to have been played much & when it has been played, it's been well looked after.
Sounds great from beginning to end with no skips or jumps. Any surface noise it does have would surely be eliminated with a deep clean but it's not in desperate need really.
Secondly, the gatefold sleeve:
Apart from som tape residue across the top it's in beautiful condition & wears its years lightly.
The inner sleeve is original (to the best of my knowledge) & the insert is in lovely condition.
