Description

Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band by the Beatles.

UK mono first pressing to the best of my knowledge.

Firstly, the record:

Visually commensurate with moderate use. Side A has aged really quite well with just a couple of light marks. Side B is similar except it has 3 or 4 light but quite noticeable hairlines.

It's been professionally cleaned too so it's nice and shiny.

I've play tested it & it sounds pretty good & warm like a 60s mono copy should. There's the odd flaw like a pop here & a crackle there but certainly nothing to overpower the audio in my opinion.

Secondly, the sleeve:

Basically clean & tidy but a bit tatty & showing signs of age - corners are a bit rounded off etc. The hinge is intact but the spine is a bit beaten. I've patched it with acid free archive tape.

Includes insert in nice condition.

You'll possibly want to upgrade this one somewhere along the line hence the starting price. However it's a serviceable yellow & black Beatles classic & a nice starter copy for those without pockets deep enough for that museum piece yet.
