Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band – The Beatles. 1967 original UK vinyl LP. Matrix YEX 637–1 & YEX 638-2.
I bought this album in 1971 and believe it to be a 5th pressing. We need the space now so are selling all our vinyls.
Description
Parlophone catalogue number PCS 7027. Matrix numbers: YEX 637–1 & YEX 638-2. Black label with two white-black EMI logos and silver print. “The Gramophone Co Ltd…” printed at the start perimeter print and “Made In GT. Britain” lower text. Laminated gatefold flipback sleeve printed by Garrod and Lofthouse Ltd with “stereo” PCS 7027 number on back side.

Record
VERY GOOD. A few light surface marks; none “feelable”. I have converted the LP to digital format with Audacity and both sides played very well without any problems; some light surface noise and a couple of ticks here and there. I noted these ticks:

Tick discernible for two revolutions in "With a Little Help from My Friends";

Tick discernible for two revolutions at the start of "Good Morning Good Morning"; and

Tick discernible for one revolution at the start of "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band (Reprise)".
Labels
VERY GOOD/ EXCELLENT. Some spindle marks on both sides.
Sleeve inner
I don’t believe this is the original inner sleeve.
Sleeve outer
VERY GOOD/ EXCELLENT. Spine fully legible. Generally some light creasing and corner scuffing commensurate with the age of the album. No handwritten notes, stains, tears or splits.
Cut-outs insert.
EXCELLENT/ MINT. Complete and fully intact. No creases or markings.
