Description

Sgt peppers lonely hearts club band vinyl LP The Beatles - Reissue, Rare?. Possibly...please read below...

Condition is "Used". but hardly played

The condition is excellent, one small mark on side B but plays excellently

This LP is a bit of an anomaly and I have been unable to find an exact match for this item in relation to the combination below and its release details etc.

This is what I do know;

The runout inscriptions are:

Side 1 - MPO SGT A2

Side 2 - MPO SGTP (then what looks like a small capital D) B3

These suggest it could be from the deAgostini Beatles collection but there are no other indicators for this (e.g. the silver logo)

Side 2 has a boxed EMI logo underneath THE BEATLES on the label, side 1 does not

The weirdest thing of all is the spine , which has the album title spelt incorrectly , with only one ‘P’ in the middle of pepper...so reading:

SGT PEPERS LONELY HEARTS CLUB BAND

I have captured all this in the photos so please take a look

if anyone knows about this let me know as I am unable to find a reference to this misspelling on any listing site or forum anywhere! Maybe this is unique?
