Description

Up for auction are my two lp albums of Lincoln Mayorga Distinguished Colleagues. Sheffield's first direct to disc record. The auction is for both copies. If you have the winning bid you will receive both albums.

  • I do not grade records because they are never accurate, however I sat down and listened to both albums before listing. Both records have the usual minor noise between tracks. One record has a few pops right at the end of side 1. The lead in grooves at the begining of sides 1 and 2 on the other record has a very minor thump. The surface of both records look to be in great condition, high gloss. I detect no tracking distortion on either record. I have listened to both records quit a few times over the years through my Magnepan 1.6 QR speakers and can attest their great fidelity. Both albums still have that sparkling high end of the bells and cymbals and are a pleasure to listen to.
