Shelly Fabares ColpiX 621 Johnny Angel/Where's It Gonna Get Me photo sleeve ONLY
Front has slight staining in upper left corner, opening has two very tiny tears above the word Angel (see pics.).
Back has slight staining along opening, where inside the front shows above pic. Otherwise it relatively clean,(see pics).
