Description
Sherlock Holmes
6 BBC half hour episodes
These three 12" discs feature episodes of what I believe are from the 1952 BBC series staring Carleton Hobbs as Sherlock Holmes and Norman Shelley as Dr. Watson.
The discs are double sided microgroove vinyl records.
1 "The Man with the Twisted Lip"
2 "The Beryl Coronet"
7 "The Naval Treaty"
8 "The Greek Interpreter"
9 "The Disappearance of Lady Frances Carfax"
10 "The Stockbroker's Clerk"
2 discs have some heat damage with warping on the outer portion of the discs. While I was able to play them, tracking was difficult. Good sounding with some minor crackle.
