I'm not an expert but look at the photos & you can see that there are no sratches at all (it looks like it was never played). It's the original on the KING label & has this sticker marked "ALLSTATE RECORD DISTRIBUTING CO.) etc. (please see photos). Hard to find, especially a "PROMOTIONAL" on "HIGH FIDELITY" & in this great shape - the number is 45-6083. The flip side is "That's How Long (I'm Gonna Love You) - -No scratches there either. There is no original sleeve just this near perfect record. (please see photos & excuse any glare) As with all my auctions it's sold as described & shown. TERMS: I will ship to the U. S. only.
