Description
1981 Single "Go Crusin" by the band SHRAPNEL. Side B is "Way Out World" This band was more of a Pop Punk sound but they had quite a Punk attitude. They wore military clothes & had a stage image that included a masked character, prop M16 rifles and used slang terms from WW2 soldiers. Their manager was the famous Legs McNeil and they played CBGBs often evening opening for The Ramones. They were very entertaining and had a following that included people like Norman Mailer, Kurt Vonnegut & Woody Allen just to name a few. The band members were: Dave Wyndorf on Vocals, Daniel Rabinowitz (aka Daniel Rey) on Guitar, Dave Vogt on Guitar, Phil Caivano on Bass & Danny Clayton on Drums. The drummer also play for Murphys Law and Daniel Rey went on to produce albums for The Ramones, Misfits & White Zombie.

Record Condition: Fair to good One small scuff at the very beginning of Go Crusin. Otherwise looks pretty clean Sleeve Condition: Fair to good Sleeve is made of paper so there are signs of age. Slight split at top right and the eddges a bit choppy This record has not been played in many years and I do not own a record player. It was graded by sight only and priced accordingly.
