(Sic) Teen #? zine by Rev. Nørb (199?)
The legendary and infamous Green Bay based punk zine edited by Rev. Norv, frontman of Boris The Sprinkler, Depo-Provera and Suburban Mutilation, and writer for Maximum RocknRoll, Hit List, Razorcake etc. Formerly known as "Sick Teen" during the '80s. I believe the issues of Sic Teen are actually rarer and harder to come by than Sick Teen.
No idea of the issue number. Came out around 1993/94-ish?? It shows some light wear and creases. There's a slight bent mark in the middle. Still, it's in good enough condition in my opinion for a 30 year old D.I.Y. fanzine.
It's worth noting that Sick/Sic Teen is known to have inspired the well-known UK skate/punk zine "Skate Muties from the 5th Dimension" (later "Bugs and Drugs").
