NM Vinyl & Sound !!!!

This original 1950’s Columbia Mono recording has beautiful Vinyl.   It sounds awesome.  Almost no surface noise, even between tracks.  It is every bit as detailed and dynamic as a modern stereo recording when played through my Linn LP12 with Clearaudio Virtuoso Wood cartridge, and Hughes AK-100 in Mono 3D.  The sound is crystal clear with lots of head room, and even a great soundstage.

Many of the records in this auction have been culled as duplicates from my personal collection of over 4000 LPs.  Others are more recent acquisitions for eBay, that I treat with the same respect as my own.

My Process for handling records

This record has been cleaned using The Disc Doctor’s Miracle Record Cleaner, which is used by the Library of Congress and recommended by Mobile Fidelity, TAS, Stereophile, and Better Records.

1. Visual Inspection – discard any majorly flawed records

2. Remove static with ZeroStat

3. Brief treatment with Discwasher to remove surface dust

4. Complete wash and rinse Disc Doctor and RO water

5. Remove rinse with Nitty Gritty vacuum

6. Air dry in dust-free space

7. Place in new antistatic sleeve.

8. Stack LP, cover, and original liner in poly outer sleeve

78 RPM Lacquer discs may include rigid panels to protect from breakage, hence the additional weight and shipping cost.
