This is a long out of print, and rare Chesky reissue of Sibelius - Symphony No. 2 (Chesky CR3) with Sir John Barbirolli conducting the Royal Philharmonic.

Purchased new, the disc is in near mint condition. It has been played only 2-3 times on a VPI Aries with a JMW 10 tonearm. The phono cartridges were an Ortofon Rondo Bronze moving coil and A Grado Statement Sonata. There are no scratches or any other user damage. The disc has always been protected in a rice paper sleeve. Each side was cleaned with a VPI HW-17 before play.
The jacket is excellent overall, but does have a slight beginning of a seam split at top, minor edge and corner wear, and some minor discoloration at bottom front. The jacket has always been protected in an outer poly sleeve.
