Description
This is Blue Note Records BLP 7001, Sidney Bechet With Wild Bill Davidson, a blue and white, Lexington Ave., deep groove label early mono issue of these excellent records with the ear (p) mark in the dead wax. The record is in VG+ condition, showing some light marks on both sides and playing with occasional light background noise. There are no skips or distortion of the music. The cover has a small bit of tape on the bottom but is otherwise excellent and intact. The labels show some spindle marks but are otherwise excellent. The record was played on a Linn Sondek LP12 in mono mode and cleaned on a VPI 17. This is a fine collector's grade copy of this mono Blue Note recording with all the appropriate markers present.
