The Beatles Please Please Me
*SIGNED COVER*
Here we are folks-this is an unusual one. Up for auction is a Beatles 'signed' front cover of their Please Please Me Lp...To me the signatures look genuine, when comparing them to genuine signatures from reputable websites, but I am not an expert.
I have tried to photograph the individual signatures-which are quite faded, so you can make your own minds up. I have no provenance, other than they came from an auction with other signed items in the same Lot, from a deceased estate. They are written in blue biro and have indentation-certainly not facsimile signatures.
They would still frame well and create a wonderful talking point, but I am not saying they are genuine, nor am I saying they are fake-I simply don't know...You will have to make your own mind up....This is why they are starting and a very low price-you could get an utter bargain!
Sold as seen...Just the front cover of the album-which looks like a 1st pressing cover as it has had around 1cm removed from the bottom seem, but the top of the 'P' of the "Photo: Angus McBean" credit is just visible inline with the final 'S' of "Songs." The back has been removed-as pictured.
