Description

Here I’m offering a signed copy of R. Stevie Moore’s double-LP “Everything You Always Wanted to Know About R. Stevie Moore But Were Afraid to Ask.”

This was released on France’s New Rose Records in 1984.

It’s open, but in generally great shape -- save for a dent in the lower-left corner of the rear cover. (See the closeup picture.) The discs themselves are virtually pristine.

Contact: Please write if you have questions. I work at home and typically should be able to respond in minutes.

Payment: By PayPal only -- within three days, please. This can be extended to a total of seven days by prearrangement with me if you are bidding on multiple items.

Echecks via PayPal seem to be turning up more frequently lately. These are fine with me, but please note that I don’t ship until the check clears and PayPal projects that this process can take up to a week.

If you can’t pay promptly, please write me. I can’t address a problem if I don’t know about the problem. If I don’t hear from you within five days of your auction’s end, I’ll open a case with eBay early on the sixth.

Shipping: Unless otherwise noted in the listing, the buyer pays for all shipping-related expenses.

No “handling” fees. You pay what I pay. And whenever possible, I’ll recycle packing materials we already have in-house.

However, after a 175 or so parcels over the last couple of months, we’re running short. If I have to buy a suitable box, mailer or other supplies, that will appear as an additional charge on your invoice.

I’ll use media mail whenever possible to hold down the cost.

And I’ll combine shipping at actual cost for bidders who win more than one item. To help the process along, I would ask that you 1) drop me a note after your first win to let me know you’re continuing to bid and 2) when you’re done bidding, request and then wait for an invoice.

If I receive your payment by early afternoon, I will make every effort to get your purchase in the mail the same day -- the next day (including Saturday) or business day if I can’t.

Feedback: I leave feedback on notification of payment. Please do so for me on receipt if you are satisfied with your purchase.

And please write to me first if you aren’t satisfied. I want people to be happy with what they receive and, if something’s amiss, I will do my best to quickly make it right.

My other listings: There are just a few right now, but I’ll be posting new ones daily this week -- and I’ll be at this major spring-cleaning for a good long while.

This week, just to change the subject from DVDs for a while, I’m starting another run of CDs and LPs.

Watch for more R. Stevie Moore on vinyl, cassette and CD, the Alternate Learning EP and “Painted Windows” LP, an obscure XTC cassette (a forerunner of Fuzzy Warbles), a bundle of 40+ CDs, a Kinks/Dave Davies Kronikles bundle, some cool single CDs and a couple of music DVDs.

Next up: More DVDs. I know, I know: I keep thinking we’re done and then we find more with which we can part. Beginning next week, I’ll be listing several DVDs a day for a week to 10 days.

Then print stuff: Japanese game books, a bundle of recent issues of the literary magazine McSweeney’s, some signed editions of my own books and some old magazines (Computer Gaming World and issues of Mademoiselle from the ’30s and ’40s).

Then electronic hardware -- including a TEAC A3440 four-track reel-to-reel, a TASCAM US-122 midi interface, a CIB Steel Battalion for the Xbox, a sealed WiiFit Plus and more.

And then a huge trove of video and computer games.
