When these were pressed, back in JUNE of 1991, I went back to Oree's home and we sat outside on a nice day in the shade, and I had him take his time and hand sign 50 copies of his single. He did each one very slowly and neat.

I have never offered these with signatures but have been asked a few times.

TODAY, I found the small box of these. There are about 15 left. I had sold a few and given a few away to key people on this project.

This truly is a chance to get one. No more will ever be signed by him as he passed in 1993.

This truly is History on vinyl.

Not only was the man my scoutmaster for years, but I also recorded this myself.

I am sitting right next to him while he told the whole story into a tape deck. Even though sitting right next to him, I never say a thing.

I now see others on eBay USED for MORE than I asking for a FRESH MINT one from my vaults.

Since I made these, this is right from the original source.

************************

This is a MINT, UNPLAYED, 45 RPM record, from

OREE WELLER.

Oree was on board the USS ARIZONA, that morning, December 7, 1941, half way up the main stack, sorting the mail to go out to sailors on board when he came the planes. This is his story, in his own words, about the whole ordeal.

This truly is History on vinyl. Not only was the man my scoutmaster for years but I also recorded this myself. I am sitting right next to him while he told the whole story into a tape deck.

It was done Jan. 5, 1991....on purpose so it would be in 1991 for the 50.

Record was released that June and I had him autograph 50 copies of the 1,000 I had made. Yes, the Whatever label is mine so that too, I know is real.

Oree passed, in,1993.

10 minutes long almost of his recolections.

At one point in the recording, when he says, "and here came the planes" by amazing conscience, the recording room that we had set up in an apartment, thru the open window, a small airplane can be heard clearly when he is saying that. I did not add any sound. It was just great !

45 comes in a New white paper sleeve and a protective plastic cover.

PERFECT for framing, and hanging on the wall, in the den !!

Worth hearing again this Dec 7, and anytime really.

I say 5 days shipping, but actually, I ship the next day.
