Description

You are bidding on a NEAR MINT, Sigur Ros - Takk - black vinyl record.  This is the original release from EMI in 2005.  There are two LPs, and a 10".  I would say that I have played the two LPs less than five times since I have had it.  I don't recall ever playing the 10".
This is a gorgeous record.  Top 3 best artwork I've ever seen. Thick card dual gatefold sleeve with embossed artwork on the front and rear.  Center insert with a single sided 10" for 'Mílanó' (other side contains an etching).  This particular record is crisp, and clean.  You will find some paper dust on the records.  I don't have the appropriate cloth laying around to wipe it appropriately.  Keep that in mind when you pull the records out of the sleeve for the first time.  There is a miniature crease on the front, upper left corner of the cover.  BARELY noticeable, unless you are looking very closely (see photo).
There were only 1,000 pressed for the original run.  This is one of them.
Comes from a smoke, pet free home.  I will accept returns.  Please have a good reason.  BUYER pays all return shipping costs.  Feel free to ask any questions you might have.  International bidders will be handled through the Ebay Global Shipping Program.  This is for my protection.  Please take this into consideration before you bid.  International buyers will be responsible for customs fees and international shipping rates.  International buyers are exempt from free, or discounted shipping.
U.S. residents: This package will be packed like a tank and will ship via FedEx Ground.  The package will require a direct signature.  Again, this is for my protection.  Wait for an invoice from me after the auction ends.  If this record sells for a decent price, I will ship for a discounted rate or free.
Thanks.
Disclaimer:  I am not a record specialist.  I collect limited vinyl, but I do not hold a Ph.D in record condition science.  I don't study a record for 45 minutes before I buy it.  I don't calculate mathematical equations to figure out whether or not the record is perfectly symmetrical.  If it plays, and is relatively scuff free and pleasing to the eye, I buy it.  If it plays, and I can hear the entire record.  I am happy.
