Disc.     The disc is in Ex. Not played much we would think.
Sleeve.  The Sleeve is a heavy card U.s type construction,  no defects at all ,spine is perfect. there is the slightest of browning on the edges of the bottom of the sleeve but hardly visible   sleeve must surely  be a strong VG+. or better.  NO ring wear /No rips /No writing.
Insert-  comes complete with the insert  Ex condition
