 Media Condition - still has nice luster but quite a few serious scratches. Not play tested but under magnification it looked like grooves are intact but consider this will have some noise and pop and is purchased for the signature value. 
Sleeve condition: Good+ : A lot of wear and ring wear. Spine is unreadable. Lots of scuffs, Some light creasing - Singatures still in great condition. 
Cleaned with VPI Typhoon - Archival sleeve and cover sleeve included.
