I spent the 90's managing record stores. My girlfriend was an employee for the early part of that decade and bought tons of vinyl because "they were pretty" (she didn't have a turntable once CD's took over). We just had to clear her parents' home out and found a box of pure treasure (climate controlled house)! You would have to find a time machine and dial back to 1995 to find vinyl of this quality!! 
This is guaranteed MINT as the day it was purchased....unplayed and probably only removed from its sleeve twice...ever. No splits in the plastic sleeve, hype sticker still attached....a stunning copy!
Consider this a collector's item. There will be NO REFUNDS/RETURNS. The vinyl has been sitting in this plastic sleeve for nearly 20 years, and it is colored vinyl. It may play flawlessly, it may have some surface noise. I removed it from the sleeve to look at the vinyl in the light and saw ZERO marks or flaws.

#1 - International First Class is the standard. It "should" arrive within 10-14 business days (as this IS by air) but there can always be delays. This averages between $6 and $15USD and is NOT covered by ANY insurance. 

#2 - If you want your item to be covered IN ANY WAY by insurance, then it MUST be shipped via International Priority Mail and that averages between $20 and $25 BEFORE adding the insurance premium which for this item would be another $7. 
I have only had 3 instances in all my years of ebaying where an item went totally lost or showed up ravaged by the hands of another so the odds are with you that International First Class will work out, BUT this is YOUR choice.

#3 - Your customs form and item value WILL NOT be falsified by me. If you pay $225, it's value is $225. Stating otherwise IS illegal especially if you choose option #2
