Delivery
Delivery: I will send you an email when your purchase is despatched.
Australia - Regular and Registered Parcel Post generally takes 1 - 3 business days from the day of dispatch. However, Please allow up to 6 business days in remote areas. Please e-mail me if your parcel is not received within this time frame. I usually process and dispatch orders over the 2 days following the day the order is placed.
Overseas - Orders are normally shipped by Australia Post Air Mail unless you would prefer otherwise. Australia Post takes approximately 6 days for delivery to the United States and approximately 6 days to the United Kingdom. Often delivery may be made up to 1 to 2 weeks due to Customs and Postal Authorities procedures.

Returns
I understand that you may not always be completely satisfied with your purchase, and in some instances may need to return a product to me. With this in mind I have done my best to make returning an item as easy as possible. Please simply write: "Return to Sender" on the front of the envelope or parcel, post it, and I will give you a full refund no questions asked. Please return within 7 days of purchase.
