Simon Dupree and the big sound Reservations This an excellent copy of This Album this is before they became Gentle Giant who’s music was a long way from this album but none the less a excellent album musically and the sound quality is superb for a Mono ,and also Liner note by the late great Alan Freeman

This a Garrod and Lofthouse Ltd Flip Back Sleeve laminated front and plain back which is in VG+ condition there is some ring wear front and back there also a crease bottom right hand side see pics there is some browning on the back towards the opening there isn’t any writing or stickers

This is a pinch end which is square and readable
Inner
This is the original advertising inner which is in excellent condition with no writing or stickers
Labels
These are Black & Yellow Parlophone Labels in excellent condition some spindle marks there isn’t any writing or stickers
Vinyl
Well for an album of this age it is in superb condition still looks like new still dark and shiny with mirror like surfaces there some very faint lines and surface marks there isn’t any nasty deep scratches or surface marks
Audio
This is Superb for a Mono Pressing and it’s age it really is strong and vibrant there is a touch of background noise on run ins ins either side there just a touch of background hiss between end of tracks 1&2 Side 2 there isn’t anymore background noise between tracks a couple of slight clicks on the whole album There isn’t any loud clicks or pops or jumps no sticking no warping
All albums are cleaned and play tested right through before being put up for auction
