Description

     Here is one of Simon & Garfunkel's best LP's- "Bookends" on Columbia Records KCS 9529 from 1968. This is an extraordinary copy. 1) The vinyl looks and plays in Mint condition, 2) the cover is still in its original shrink wrap from 1968, 3) the cover has two hype stickers-one that says "Featuring "Mrs. Robinson" and one that says "Special Bonus Full Color Poster Included and 4) the special poster IS included!

    I play tested some of the vinyl. There was total silence in the lead-in grooves and in the grooves between cuts. The sound of the disc was dynamic! There was no surface noise, just the great sound of S&G! This copy is on the original 1968 Columbia "360 Sound" labels and the matrix shows that this pressing is 1E/ 1G.

   Actually, there is just one long sticker on the front cover, on top of the shrink wrap, that includes both the "Mrs Robinson" and the "Bonus  Poster" mentions. It is a clear sticker that measure 2 1/4" x 11 1/2" and has both mentions as can be seen in the image of the front cover attached.

   Even the original Columbia inner sleeve is included in this great Mint package!
