UK 1968 *STEREO* 1st PRESSING LP

This outstanding NEAR MINT copy is a UK 1968 1st *STEREO* pressing on the orange & black CBS label: S 63101

Matrices: S 63101 A6 & SBPG 63101 B1

Disc weight: 142g

Housed in a front laminated 'Upton Printing Group' printed cover with the 'STEREO' sticker on the rear panel.

Complete with its original black & white CBS advertising inner-sleeve.

An immaculate pair with just a single spindle trail to the side 1 centre hole only.

Visual: NEAR MINT

Both sides of this pristine copy are totally unmarked and 'as new' in strong daylight with just a sparkling rainbow shine & a few insignificant wispy inner-sleeve removal hairlines on side 2 directly beneath my powerful & unforgiving halogen desk lamp. It could have been bought yesterday.

Play: NEAR MINT

This barely, if ever played copy plays perfectly and sounds completely 'as new' throughout with absolutely no traces of any audible wear on or between any track.

Cover

EXCELLENT +

A superb example with a totally unscratched front panel laminate which bears just two half-moon creases towards the opening edge but no other signs of wear. All corners and both opening edges are in perfect, undamaged condition and the rear panel is pristine white with no marks, writing or missing paper. Both seams and the spine are all in pefect condition.

Inner-sleeve

EXCELLENT

Clean & crisp with some light storage creasing but no writing, tears or splits.

• Strict & grading under strong daylight & directly beneath a halogen desk lamp to UK 'RECORD COLLECTOR' standards.
• I carefully play every record I sell on an EMT 950 turntable at volume and list all visual and audible faults.
