This NEAR MINT UK STEREO early first pressing of their highly successful 1966 album is on the orange & black CBS label: SBPG 62690
This particular copy is such an early first pressing that the back cover was actually stickered with a factory stereo 360 logo! (please check the scan of the back cover)
Matrix numbers: SBPG 62690 A2 & SBPG 62690 B3.
This is an earlier matrix than the recently eBay auctioned SBPG 62690 A3/B4 for $190. And that copy lacked the early pressing stereo sticker.
Housed within a front laminated UK “Ernest J. Day & Co. LTD.” printed outer cover sleeve. Only has including ‘Homeward Bound’ on cover.

Vinyl Visual: NEAR MINT
Pristine deep-gloss playing surfaces which are 'as new' & unmarked when expected beneath halogen light. Stunning!
Sound Quality: MINT
The sound quality is flawless and wonderful throughout. This is the best sounding copy that I have ever heard of this album. Dynamic with clarity. The driving drum on “I AM A ROCK” is like no other vinyl version that I have heard!
Cover: NEAR MINT
Stunning quality. No scuffs on laminated front cover. Edges lack wear except for minor wear on label edge. Unlamented cover back shows only the expected age/fading after 48 years.
