- Record: VGVG (Both sides have surface noise, can still hear clearly)
- Labels: VGVG (Scribbling on both sides which can be seen when held up to a light. Side 2 has few scratch marks wit a bit of dirt)
- Sleeve: VGVG (Someone's name is written in blue mark on front at very top towards right. The front has surface wear with some scratches, dirt and creases. The back has some dirt with some creases. Bit of surface wear on both sides from record)
