Up for sale is one(1) Simply Red - Picture Book ORIGINAL PRESSING LP from 1985 on Elektra Records (#60452-1) in MINT/SEALED Condition.  THERE ARE NO CUT-OUT CLIPS OR PUNCH HOLES. 

THIS IS A STILL SEALED VINTAGE / ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING. THIS IS AN ORIGINAL / VINTAGE LP. 

The vinyl is assumed to be mint as this is still sealed. 

Nice tight seal with breathe holes. Some of the corners may have poked through the shrink wrap, which is typical with age. There are a couple of bends / creases in the cover, one in the upper left corner and one in the lower right corner. It's as if the LP was picked up only by the corners causing the cover to bend / crease. Because of the creases / bends I am grading the cover as VERY GOOD+ condition. 
The cover itself is being considered to be in VERY GOOD+ condition as it is still sealed but has typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, minor crumples, dings and ring wear all of which are typical. 
The Hype Sticker is in great shape as well. 
I obtained this LP new in 1985. I never opened it.
