Siouxsie & The Banshees File - Fan Club only release (December 1983)
My own personal copy which I have owned since they were sent out to fan club members of the Siouxsie & The Banshees File in December of 1983. I have kept it in a protective plastic sleeve ever since and have played it just twice in 37 years!
The record is an outtake from the famous Albert Hall concerts which was released as the "Nocturne" live album in 1983. These two tracks never made the album and only appear (legally) in this single.
The tracks are  Side A - Headcut Side B - Running Town 
Included is the Fan Club membership card (see photos)
The last copy for sale sold in June for £135 on a certain well-known record site.
