Scarce recordings by blues great, Sippie Wallace, with Clarence Williams at the piano, Buddy Christian on Banjo and an unknown clarinetist (actually, the clarinetist probably wasn't unknown at the time - or they'd have been wondering who the hell this strange guy was wandering around the recording studio with a clarinet - but, so far - calls to Williams, Wallace and Buddy, in order to ascertain his identity, have gone unanswered... we'll keep you posted), anyway, Sippie performs "I've Stopped My Man" in V+++ to E- condition and "I Am Leaving You," in V+++ condition on Okeh 8288, both sides play loud and strong, 78 rpm.
