Description
Five Original 1950s Gerry Mulligan Quartet on Vogue, plus one on Emarcy, all 1st issue UK 7" vinyl EP's. 5 Picsleeved, the other one Vogue in a plain card archival sleeve. Chet Baker and Bob Brookmeyer make up the other front line player in the two quartets, with Zoot Sims and Jon Eardley joining Brookmeyer on the Sextet one. These came in a collection that was all in outstanding condition, and the owner had them all from new and only played them on high end equipment, so no nasty overweight tonearm ploughing through these as is often the case. All excellent to near mint, records sleeves and play back. Cool modern jazz mainly composed by Jerry himself to all of them.
