Side 1 vinyl is play-graded in MINT condition; Side 2 plays Near Mint (a little surface noise at the beginning of Patti Smith's "Gloria").
The cover is graded MINT (no flaws whatsoever, just like after you bought it at the store, brought it home and removed the shrink wrap).
Note the "promotional only" gold stamp in the upper right corner of the front.
